Library Lounge
There is no better place in Grapevine to throw a party than Willhoite’s! Whether it’s a birthday bash, bachelorette party, or a family reunion, Willhoite’s will roll out the red carpet for you and your guests. Our private rooms are also available to businesses and non-profit organizations for luncheons or meetings. Our staff will coordinate all of your food and beverage needs.
Reserve one of our party rooms for your next special event:
- Library Lounge: Perched on the second level above the bar, the Library Lounge offers a bird’s eye view of the restaurant and dance floor. High boy tables and stools are placed around a pool table, allowing for both conversation and good times.
- Board Room: Located at the top of the stairs near the buffet, the Board Room is available for rental during the day or evening. The private room features two long banquet tables that seat up to 60 people, and there is plenty of space for a podium and audio/visual equipment.
Bay
- Bay: Formerly the oil storage area when Willhoite’s was an auto repair and service station, the “Bay” is now a dining room on the ground level next to the dance floor. The room can be configured in multiple ways to seat up to 40 people. A staircase provides easy access to the pool table upstairs.
